Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your customer account and select the order containing the items you wish to return or exchange within 30 days of delivery.

  Prepare the Package

  Ensure items are in their original packaging; for food safety, tea canisters must remain sealed to be eligible for a full refund.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid return shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to your return parcel.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
